• Create and manage your account (performance of a contract).

• Paddle, as Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing.

• Competent authorities where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside Colombia. In those cases we apply appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, in line with applicable law.

We keep your data while your account is active and for the periods required by legal or tax obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
